Fly from Queenstown over the Whakatipu Basin over the famous Earnslaw Burn and Lake McKerrow whilst taking in the grandeur of the Southern Alps. Fiordland National Park is truly spectacular and after witnessing unparalleled views of Milford Sound / Piopiotahi and the famous peak from the air, you will land at Milford Airport ready to encounter the National Park on foot.

Upon meeting your guide and taking a short boat ride to Sandfly Point, you will start your walk meandering alongside the cascading Arthur River then Lake Ada. Giant Gate waterfall is your halfway point and a stunning feature best viewed from the large swing bridge spanning the river. Once back to Deepwater Basin you will cruise for 2 hours on Milford Sound / Piopiotahi, now seeing this stunning landscape from the water.

A landing at Lake Quill to enjoy a bottle of Champagne and local cheese platter before flying over the remote valleys and alpine passes of Fiordland on your way back to Queenstown.
