Cafe Supervisor

We are seeking an enthusiastic cafe supervisor to join our friendly and dynamic team; the role will be working in The Tasman Delta Café at our Aoraki / Mount Cook Base and covers a range of tasks including making coffees, taking food orders, food prep/cooking, stock management and general cleaning duties. Managing the day to day cafe operation. Previous hospitality/food prep/café/barista experience required.  

The key accountabilities and responsibilities for the position include the following:

• High standard of customer service.
• Passion and ability to create both counter options and simple menu.
• Great can-do attitude.
• Managing a small team
• Must hold a full clean Driver’s License.
• Able to live and work in a remote environment.

This position includes weekends and public holidays. Transport may be provided from the nearest town which is Twizel. We can also help with finding accommodation in Twizel if required.
